How the shelf is picked

Six items, each read off its maker's own spec sheet, none paid for.

The shelf is short on purpose. An item is on it because it answers a question the guides on chargeathome.info raise, not because it is popular or pays well.

The rules

  1. Specs come from the maker. Every number on an item was read off the maker's own product page or datasheet on 2026-10-23, and the item cites it. Anything the maker does not state is left off rather than filled in from a review or a listing.
  2. A safety listing or a stated standard. Chargers on the shelf state a listing from a recognized testing laboratory. Where a maker states testing to a UL standard rather than a UL Listed mark, the item says so in those words.
  3. Matched to a circuit. Every charger shows the breaker it needs at full current, computed with the same 80 percent rule the breaker guide uses.
  4. No prices. Prices move every day, so the shelf links to where the current price is instead of printing one that will be wrong next week.
  5. No paid placement. No maker has paid to be here or to be described a certain way.

The links

Every link on this site is a plain link to the maker's own store. The site earns nothing from them today; if that changes, this note will name the program on every page. No maker pays for placement.

Corrections

If a maker changes a spec, or a spec here is wrong, the item is corrected and the change is recorded. See Corrections.
